Sunday morning. I'm sitting in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, drinking tea with a lovely woman who has been reading these email newsletters since 2014 (!) when it suddenly became apparent to us both that my day-to-day work is not fully reflected in what I share in these emails.
This lovely reader was so confused when I was speaking about how much I was loving doing so many splinter removals with so many different people, because she still thought I was just doing re.love, only working with single women seeking love.
And that’s on me! I haven't explained the magical nature of my 2023 clearly at all. I'll give a more fulsome update in this email, and I will also do an IG Story today on my personal journey (this personal story lives on IG via “Highlights”).
It really is timely to give a big update after my quantum leap and give these emails a new title, for the first time since 2012. (the name is a place-holder for now, with title suggestions welcome!).
Before I share more: people often tell me they admire how I pivot. Lovely to hear, but when I hear the word “pivot”, I also feel I am not sharing my creative process very well. Rather than pivoting, I feel that my work is always evolving through an ongoing process of creating, sharing, guiding, listening, reflecting and resolving, weaving and flowing, spiralling up and expanding out — sometimes going deep, sometimes going wide, sometimes using the cosmic as a growth portal and sometimes entering through the door of earthly concerns, but consistently and repeatedly dancing home the same magical elements within my full and coherent body of work.
Those elements? Power, love and peace.
Really, it's all about consciousness and coming home.

If you're still here and curious, here's the update:
YES I still love the moon. In fact to go waaay back, for those who haven't been here forever, I started doing magical sessions after a major spiritual awakening during my PhD on 15 March 2011. This evolved into a thriving group coaching business on moon cycles from 2013 … a business that started to wind down with the publication of the first Lunar Abundance book in 2017. Together with the companion journal and the original Australian title, that magical concept has sold 40,000 copies to date. I thought the book would catapault the moon business but its very success initiated me into the next stage of my being.

For several years now, my primary work has been behind-the-scenes, supporting brilliant magical women to go from single to committed relationship through what became the re.love program. I still run the multi-month re.love program with 1:1 clients and I love it because it works — women find love.
re.love draws on Lunar Abundance principles of embracing feminine desire, intuition and self-care, and it has deep roots in my Ph.D and human rights law career re: toxic relationships (ie, the career I had for years before the 2011 awakening).
But the re.love program is not the only thing I offer. In fact, single women are currently the minority of my clientele.
In 2023, my client practice organically evolved into work with any person seeking a quantum leap in any area.
I'm now working with people of any gender and relationship status on topics constellating around love, money, purpose, business, and balance (or, power, love and peace).
People book an intensive 1:1 session or workshop when they feel stuck and they want help to grow, fast.
In the month of July, I facilitated single intensive sessions and tiny workshops for dozens of people. Most of these people I meet in person, eg I sit next to them at a dinner, their friend does a session and tells them they must book instantly, or they simply intuitively “feel it” and reach out to me directly to book.
A new client even walked in my door last week and said a mutual friend sent him — and that mutual friend left the Earth some years ago, long before I offered these sessions. Chills.
Weirdly enough, it feels like 2011 again, when I built a business through word-of-mouth before I sent newsletters or used IG. It is happening naturally, it is happening fast, and it feels magical.
It's also more universal again — anyone can book for anything.
Anyway, here's what happened in a few recent sessions. We undo Unconscious Vows, then remove a splinter underneath:
I’ve helped multiple women to remove money splinters; since then, one woman has been doubling her weekly revenue week-on-week, another got to the root of why she's played small her whole life, and another is taking massive action with a huge opportunity arising for a very cool project (which I cannot wait to share more about).
I’ve helped multiple men remove peace splinters after terrible business betrayals, and restore inner peace, worthiness, and greater discernment moving forward.
I helped two women remove their love splinters to do with being open and available for love, and a few weeks later, both embarked on beautiful healthy relationships. What?!
I’ve helped men remove their love splinters, overcome the crushing pain of a break-up, and vanquish their fears of rejection and losing their freedom inside relationships so they feel confident to go online and date for marriage.
I’ve helped women remove their power splinters and start to express themselves, eg, one finally felt confident to start marketing her work on social media, and another asked for what she needed in a casual relationship — leading to the other person stepping up and making a commitment.
I'm also developing a training program for this modality because in July, people started to ask for it. In fact, 11 of those who did a session or workshop in the past few weeks walked out of the session and instantly asked me to teach them to take out their own splinters and use the tool with clients because it was the most powerful 90 minutes that they have experienced.

A bit more backstory. I have been actively developing the splinter method behind-the-scenes for many years. I wrote about removing soul splinters in a book proposal in 2018 but I didn’t accept the one deal I was offered for that because the terms did not feel quite right to me (right choice for that time).
I'm a huge believer in divine timing, the feminine spiral of life (vs linear A-B time), and embracing the flow. I poured this method directly into re.love for years. Now in 2023, as my practice is blowing up organically with people asking to remove the splinters in all areas, it really is time to claim that the Vows and splinters are not just about helping women find love!
The Vows and splinters were the juice that powered re.love AND the application of this method goes beyond dating.
This is not a “reprogramming the subconscious” method.
This is the deeply embodied work of opening your heart and coming home to yourself.
This method returns anyone to their True State of personal power, self-love and wholeness, and inner peace … coherence.
And because I’ve spent so long refining it, working intensively with many hundreds of clients over years; we run the method quickly, efficiently. It just feels clean, and it simply works.
If you’ve done the re.love program, you will recognise this work inside “step two” of that eight module program.
If you’ve read the Lunar Abundance book, you’ll recognise this in gentle exhortations to connect with the unconscious and transmute sticky emotions to create.
The Unconscious Vows weaves and deepens and completes this body of work in a brilliant way, allowing for the swift removal of out-dated decisions (Vows) and splinters (not yours) that are holding you back from taking a quantum leap to where you really want to go, now.
Again, I totally get it if you came for Moon, or for Love, and the splinters and Vows dual-method doesn't interest you at all.
However, I DO hope that you will stick around, because I’m SO excited about it, and I’ll share about it in these letters now.
